About us

Flow Forwarding is an independent international freight forwarder and logistic service provider represented worldwide through an extensive agent network offering a wide range of transportation and logistics services.

Flow Forwarding was founded in 1985 in Singapore by Mr. Paul Thomas and is since 1999 also fully established and incorporated in the Kingdom of Cambodia, which is today our core market.

Inline with the major Cambodian industries our focus is on garment and footwear exports by sea and air which account for more than 95% of Cambodian exports. Mr. Paul Thomas has gained wide experience not only in freight forwarding and logistics since he moved to Asia in the early 1980s but has also accumulated excellent knowledge of the retail market and trading of textiles and garments.

We understand ourselves as a high quality service provider in niche markets looking to further expand our presence not only within Cambodia but also to integrate the emerging countries of the Greater Mekong Subregion including Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.

Flow Forwarding is an individual member of FIATA (Fédération Internationale des Associations de Transitaires et Assimiliés), a founding member of the Cambodian Freight Forwarders Association (CAMFFA) and we have been a member of the Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA) since our opening as well.

Staff

Since the official opening in Cambodia on March 11th 1999 we have grown to a staff strength of more than 35 in our two Phnom Penh offices and employ additional personnel at the port town of Sihanoukville. Our staff is the most important asset of our organization and we provide in-house training and external courses including courses conducted outside of Cambodia.
Several members of our team have obtained the IATA/FIATA certificates for Air Cargo Acceptance and Dangerous Goods.
